Let’s hope this is a good omen for Notre Dame. The Irish open their ridiculously tough 2007 schedule at home against a scrappy Georgia Tech team.
Georgia Tech suffered a minor set-back when their mascot(can a car be considered a mascot? Purdue has a drum, Stanford a tree, I’m gonna say, yes, a car can be a mascot, however stupid that idea is) crashed.
Officials from Georgia Tech have stated that the car is in an undisclosed location and no photos will be allowed of the damaged car.
