Tennessee Has Given Up 4 Sacks All Year
Notre Dame gave up 56 sacks this year. That is 14 times the number of sacks Tennessee has allowed heading into the LSU game today.
That, my friends, is unacceptable and a huge reason why Notre Dame struggled mightily this year.
Tennessee also ran for twice the yardage Notre Dame did this season(75ypg to 149ypg.)

I concur with the idea of hiring Greg Adkins. While watching the game last night, I was also impressed with the statistic that TN had only given up 4 sacks, and I am not a TN fan. GO IRISH IN ‘08.

Actually you can hire people pretty easilly. You make him an offer he can’t refuse. Assistant coaches work on year to year contracts anyway

I’m not sure of many people that wouldn’t take essentially the same job for twice the pay.
Maybe charity workers. Twice of nothing is still nothing. Hell, Adkins is a Volunteer so maybe he wouldn’t come.
