In Need of a Badass Coach
Weis is as good as gone. Notre Dame needs a bad ass coach with a killer instinct. So who do you want to take over this program?
Here is the IRT Top 5:
1)Gruden
2)Stoops
3)Kelly
4)Peterson
5)Ditka
BTW, I love that Harbaugh went for two against USC in the fourth up by a ton. That killer instinct will help Stanford beat Notre Dame in two weeks.

“That killer instinct will help Stanford beat Notre Dame in two weeks.”
You assume that a killer instinct will be required to beat Notre Dame. I for one, think Stanford’s instinct to breathe every ten seconds (or so) will be sufficient.

Which Stoops?

I wish we could get Harbaugh here. He would produce disciplined teams with an attitude. You know, “nasty” to coin a phrase from our soon to be former coach.

I’m really torn. I’ve been a big Charlie supporter even before they named him coach. My picks would be Bob Stoops, Tommy Tuberville, and Brian Kelly in that order.

Granted, Harbaugh has Stanford football headed in the right direction, but he has said some clASSless things in his short tenure. Think about his remarks against his alma mater; his heisman comments recently; his comment that his qb is the best in the country (not best frosh, but best period)- that’s silly talk. I don’t want someone at our helm whose going to meltdown during a presser. Harbaugh is not on my Christmas list
